EmoCall connects you privately with peers for voice calls. Select your mood - "I Need to Share" or "I Can Listen" - then choose a support topic, and we'll match you with someone compatible. Each call starts with 1 free minute and can be extended up to 60 minutes using your Time Bank.

Yes! We don't collect your name, email, phone number, or any personal information. Your session is tied only to a random device ID. We never record your calls, and conversation contents are not stored anywhere.

The Time Bank stores minutes you can use to extend calls beyond the free minute or refill your daily matches. New users start with 30 free minutes. You can purchase additional time packages: Starter (25 min / $0.99), Weekender (150 min / $4.99), or Power User (350 min / $9.99).

Aura points reflect your participation quality. You earn +1 Aura per second during calls, +100 for completing 60+ minute calls, and +100 for submitting feedback. Getting reported costs -500 Aura. Higher Aura unlocks titles and improves your matching priority.

You get 3 free matches per day. Each match allows you to connect with someone new. If you run out, you can refill your matches using 10 minutes from your Time Bank. Matches reset at midnight in your timezone.

Before deleting the app or switching devices, create a backup from Settings. You'll get an encrypted backup code protected by your 6-digit PIN. Use this code on your new device to restore your Time Bank balance, Aura points, and all session data.

During or after a call, you can report users for violations. Tap the report button and select the reason. We take all reports seriously and investigate every claim. Violators may lose Aura points, receive temporary suspensions, or be permanently banned.

All purchases are final as stated in our Terms of Service. Time Bank minutes and premium subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. For billing issues, please contact hello@harmonian.online.

Premium ($10/month) gives you access to the gender filter on daily cards, priority matching, and 30 bonus minutes added to your Time Bank when you subscribe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
